Cancellation Policy

We have scheduled your time especially for you. If you cannot show up, please call to cancel your appointment by closing time the day before. That gives us time to fill that appointment slot with another client.

Otherwise, we must charge a cancellation fee to cover the costs to the business and the therapist.

If your appointment is cancelled the same day as it is scheduled and we cannot fill your time slot, a cancellation fee will be charged as well.

All minors under 18 need parental signatures to receive a massage.

Now Show Policy

We will ask for a credit card number to hold your reservation for a massage if you are a new client, scheduling for a same day appointment, or scheduling for more than one massage at the same time. Your credit card will not be charged unless you do not show up for your appointment.
