To that end, all our therapists and staff work with each other to find the best solution and results for our clients. The owner has been a therapist for over 20 years, has taught at numerous schools in the area, is a NCBTMB CEU provider, is a board member for the AMTA and is hands-on in the clinic working alongside everyone else. Masks are optional and you will not be asked to disclose shot status unless you wish to reveal that to us.
Massage Therapist

Join our team of Licensed Massage Therapists at Lakewood Massotherapy. We are a high volume; well-established clinic and we are looking for massage therapists with all skill sets to help our clients. All our therapists are independent contractors and set their own hours and the compensation is above industry standard. With flexible scheduling you can choose what days you’d like to work. No mandatory weekend availability. The tables, sheets, and scheduling are all provided for you. You bring the lotion, tools & talent along with your positive desire to help people, your license and insurance.

Requirements
- Massage License issued by the Ohio Medical Board. (We also welcome newly licensed therapists).

Duties
- Scheduling phone, online, and in-person appointments
- Welcome clients, check them in, notify therapists of their arrival
- Processing payments for services
- Responding to email
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Opening/ closing office
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least two years of customer service experience
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Availability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with various point of sale software systems (Square)
- Ability to mitigate client issues in a friendly and timely fashion
- Friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills
